3D UltraSound Day

Last night I sat in bed until 4:30. It was just like Christmas, I was so excited I just couldn't sleep. It was almost 3D Ultrasound Day!!! It was so much fun. I drank so much water I thought I was going to float away then Tyler and I along with my sister and my mother in law waddled into the hospital....well i waddled, they just walked :)

I am happy to announce that we will for sure be having an Olivia...and not an Oliver. And....She is soooo beautiful. She has a perfect round little face and a dimple in her chin. She had lots of hair (bring on the big bows) and pretty little lips. Her cheeks are chubby just like I hoped. The tech kept giggling at her long legs and big feet (just like daddy.) Maybe that means she will be an All-Star basketball player!!! At first she held her little arm in front of her face with her fist on her forehead, like she'd had a rough day. Since she was hiding her face so well the tech had me get up and bounce around and stretch all around in hopes of getting her to move, and thank goodness she did!!!She is in the right position and had all ten fingers and toes. (I made her pause so we could count.) Since her head is so far down some of the pictures are hard to make out because she is snuggled up against my uterus.

I couldn't help but smile as I watched the monitor. I feel so incredibly blessed that I get to be her mommy. It has been one of the best days of my life....so far♥.
